In addition to our own production, CAM also provides quality control services for customers in the automotive and engineering industries. This includes inspection, measurement, and repair work.
We also specialize in repeatable measurements on 3D devices and can assist with the creation of programs for 3D, including calibration files for Renishaw and their implementation.

Visual Inspection

We perform work according to agreed procedures and evaluate according to established criteria. For effective execution, we have a workplace with sufficient space and lighting.
Repairs
- Part repair – manual grinding, filing, deburring, straightening, and bending
- Part cleaning, degreasing
- Other repairs and modifications as per customer requirements
- Marking of metal components by engraving on the AUTOMATOR machine
- Packaging, including strapping of transport containers
Records are kept of the sorting process. Sorted NOK parts are marked and separated.
Trained personnel responsible for organizing sorting activities, developing control plans, inspection procedures, and setting up measuring instruments at the workplace hold a quality certificate from the Czech Society for Quality (ČSJ).
